Indian Chartered Accountant having 5 years of post qualification experience in Finance.
• Preparing the budget for the company to define the target and ways to achieve the bottom-line.
• Preparing and presenting the management reports ( Property Evaluation Report, Opportunity loss
report, Customer analysis report)
• Spearheading a team of 7members.
• Performing the variance analysis between budgeting Vs Forecasting Vs Actuals.
• Developing and monitoring cash flow projections and ensuring that company has adequate cash
reserves to meet its obligations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and implementing the best practices to minimize the risks.
• Negotiation with vendors to reduce the cost by 10%-15% of first quoted value.
• Contributed as a core member in implementation of SAP (Real Estate Module and Payable
Module).
• Preparation and finalization of Financial Statement on quarterly basis as per IFRS.
• Ensuring cut-off procedures and revenue recognition as per IFRS 15.
• Preparing and reviewing accounts receivable ageing and supplier advances.
• Follow up with sales team to ensure timely collection from customers.
• Proceeding with legal action against defaulted customers to mitigate the risk.
• Reviewing the GL schedule to ensure that all the accruals are recorded on time.
• Reviewing bank reconciliation to ensure that all receipts and payments are completely and
correctly recorded.
