Description

• Execution of All Electrical LV Works,
• Fire Alarm, BMS, PMS, ACS, DATA, RTLS, MCS, NCS, QMS, IPS such as Installation,
• Cross checking for the correct installation, Cable Pulling Termination,
• Preparation and getting approval of the MAR, ITP, MS, MIR&WIR as per The Client’s Requirements.
• Coordinate with Consultant for all the Inspections.
• Update and maintain the latest revision of all project documents.
• Update and maintain the Logs and Daily Work Reports.
• Holds weekly meetings with his EPC’s Quality Managers / Sub-contractors as required.
• Review, coordinate and forward submittals, inspection requests, technical query to the project team and/or discipline engineers.
• Responsible for resolving quality related issues in site, as per the approved shop drawing, approved RFI etc.
• Assist the project site team during internal, external and site surveillance audits.
• Reasonable knowledge of MS Office.
• Scope the technical solution required to address the clients’ requirements.
• Prepare quotations & proposals for the clients.
• Meet clients & contractors for technical / design queries.
• Assess the clients’ met & unmet needs and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the client and the firm.
• Supervise draftsmen & document controller for shop drawings, technical submittal and supported documents for the awarded projects.
