Description

1..Prepare design and operate CNC Water jet machine
2.Understand specifications of the tasks at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
3. Translate instructions into computer commands so the machine can perform the correct function
4. Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machine
5. Prepare a test run to check if the machine produces outputs according to specifications
6. Set machine to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
7. Supervise the machine while it executes the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better output
8.Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
9. Check and maintain machine daily to ensure functionality
10. Carry out any other duties, as required
