Getting RAT or PCR overnight

My son lands tomorrow night, he is a resident of Qatar, but has to get the RAT or PCR test done before he heads to work at 6am. Anyone know any overnight clinics open at that time?

I have a list of all the clinics but so far none appear to be open at those hours.
