Family Visa Status Rejected "Referred to Immigration Dept"

I applied family resident visas for my wife & daughter but it was rejected. Today I met the captian at reception and expalained him that my salary is QR 14,126 and having family allowance of QR 4880 Which will active after i got QIDs of family members.
He asked me to go back & after sometime I check my status at Metrah that is still rejected with note "Referred to Immigration Department".
Anyboddy guide me what does it mean ?

You guys are right. I don't know when this sanction of min 15k salary will finish. Can we expect the things will become normal after world cup ?
And dont waste u r valuable time in meeting captain. in reception itself they will through u out after taking ur QID and they will see u r contractor with below 15k
Ali.....same here....sorry to say this that they will not approve i think they have rejected u r application because Bank statement and u r contract will not show above 15k in total figure.

Suggest you wait till the end of this week for the status to change and then pay a visit to the immigration & passport office next week sometime. Meet the captain again and update him on the status. He will help you out.
