School Fees refund Policy / TC Policy in QATAR private schools

Can anyone share any guidelines by Ministry of Education in QATAR regarding Fees refund /TC policy as we are facing an issue to collect TC from Olive international school .

The account dept is asking for full second term fees of 4 months even though I applied for TC on 1st October. The second term starts 1st september 2020. I requested to charge pro rata and issue TC that they declined. Kindly advise

As per the Ministry Rule @ MOEHE the TC request is to be submitted officially withiin one month of the new term. Any Delay even for one day as in my case will be asked to pay full term fees as per Ministry rules so please plan Transferring your kids from one scholl to other in Qatar accordinlgly .
