Description

1. Able to manage computers and peripherals: Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.

2. Able manage networks infrastructure: Monitor and maintain network connectivity, also setup new connections as per requirement. 

3. Able to manage printers and fax devices: Setup printers, configure in client computers, maintain supplies (toner/cartridge) and load paper schedule basis. 

4. Able to work with software applications (ERP/POS/Biometric/Fleet management/Telemetry):  Daily basis continues monitoring, extract necessary reports, and notify issues to supplier. 

5. Provide support: Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs and Conduct 1st level troubleshooting to solve the issue.

6. IT asset management: Including procedural documentations and relevant reports.
