Do I need to book a hotel if my wife is carrying a less than 3 years child

My family got the permit after this long holiday to enter Qatar, but in the permit for my daughter 3 years, she only got the home quorantine rest members are with Hotel quorantine including my wife, is it Ok if i can come without hotel booking ? can some one advice on this.

and is PCR test a must from Sri Lanka for all including the 03 yeras ?.

Have Qatar started with new family visas...?? Hotel quarantine is mandatory for who so ever is entering Qatar.
