Description
· Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
· Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
· Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and the general public
· Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
· Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
· Conduct first aid assistance in case of emergency
· Maintain and monitor the basic first aids kit materials.
· Report to the safety committee regarding basic first aid issues.
· Performs other functions as may be required from time to time by the immediate supervisor.
