Exceptional Return Permit or Lost ID above 6 month

My wife and 4 year baby went to Indian in Jan and still in india due to current siuation. Both having RP here. QID expiring on 11 November. They missed QID also .

My Question is i am planning to apply Return permit, in this situation i need to apply in the metrash in wchich catagory of operation type. I am in bit of confusion.

1. Return Permit or

2. Lost ID above 6 month or

3. Exceptional Return Permit

Please help me.
