visa cancellation penalty in airport

hi all,

I have a query regarding visa cancellation penalty in airport. As per gharafa immigration we can stay for one month after visa cancellation without any penalty,and need to pay qr 10 per day for exceeded days. So my question is what are the procedures in airport for paying the amount (like need atm card or liquid cash).Anyone have previous experience, please help me

Overstay Visa Penalties must be paid online via the sponsor

company Metrash 2 account or through the MOI E- Services, in your case the penalty must be paid at the Airport Immigration by your PRO by ATM card on the same day of your flight.

Is there any time period for the exceeded days? (ie:after 1 month of exceeded period any additional payment )

All forms of payment to the government must be made through ATM. There is no cash dealings at all. It is advisable you clear the total amount of penalty on your last day of stay in Qatar before proceeding to the airport. This will save you from any last minute hassle.
