RP renewal for residents over 60 years old

What’s the procedure for renewing residence permit for a 60+ year old resident? While renewing on Metrash2, it advised to go to immigration department directly. What will the process be?

Any idea what documents are required? Has anyone had a similar experience.

Occupation in QID is Manager (if that's even relevant).

@mohdnoor - If the RP has been cancelled already, the employee must exit within one month. If not, there is a penalty of QAR 10 per day for overstaying. This needs to paid before you can exit. Initially, the RP cannot be cancelled if the employee has not cancelled his vehicle registration or transfer it's ownership to another person. Though his driving license might still be valid, but it's not recommended to drive with a cancelled residence permit.

What happens when the RP is canceled by the company? How long do you have left to sort out things like selling your car etc? Also will driving licenses be valid once RP is canceled?

RP renewal for age 60+ should be requested manually at the Immigration by the company authorized PRO. There is RP renewal form to be submitted along with the original passport & QID.
