Degree Certificates Attestation

I'm working in Qatar for 2 years now as an IT Engineer, to confirm my visa profession company forcing me to attest my degree certificates, since I did my engineering degree with foreign university (London Metropolitant University), Ministry of Foreign Affairs refuse to attest my degree certificates. MOFA asking me to attest my certificates through Qatar Embassy in London. That will cost me around 4500 QAR to 6300 QAR. Is there any possibilites to do the same thing with other way. If I did attest my certificate should I need to attend for the MMUP / UPDA exam? is that exam applicable for IT Engineer??

And it doesn’t cost you 4500/-. There are agents who do it for around 2800-3000/-

If it’s a foreign university but distance learning course yes MOFA will refuse. You can get the attestation done from UK Qatar embassy only if the location of study in Bonafide letter is UK. If not, that’s also impossible. If you have any other qualifications which are align with the profession, check with your HR whether they can accept that
