Honda Pilot advise

Hi guys,

What's is your advise on Honda Pilot 2012-2013 model milage around 100 K? 6 cylinders, 3.7 or 3.5 litres. I expected the car to be more expensive, it is selling 42-47 K QAR. Is it cheaper than other model due to high maintenance costs? Requires a lot of maintenance? High Petrol consumption?
