HELP.. can I go to Qatar with a visit visa??

I got a job offer. My sponsor sent me a Visa number with Visa Centre medical appointment details but medical won’t be done sooner as there are some issues with my educational qualification attestations.

My husband is already in Qatar and I want to know whether I can go to Qatar on 1 month visit visa until I get the attestation process done.

Is it possible to go on visit visa when employment visa number is issued? Website says Visa UNDER OUTSIDE PROCESS
