Description
Responsibilities:
• Generate power LED sales for our core line at lighting-focused customers in accordance with the objectives set by the FLS Regional Sales Manager and branch General Manager. These include: billing, bookings, engineering support, design wins, production wins, supply chain programs, and FLS positioning at these accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels within the customer (purchasing, materials managers, finance, and senior management). Customer interaction, face to face selling, coordination of engineering support and associative activities amounting to 90% of time.
• Achieve quarterly metrics for revenue (both LED and associative products), Design Wins and Production Wins.
• Execute customer expansion strategy consistent with goals.
• Communicate on an on-going basis with the FLS Regional Sales and Technical Managers
• Manage, grow and drive new design opportunities through the CRM Opportunity funnel. Provide required follow-up to management and suppliers on opportunity status.
• Utilize weekly customer visit reports to detail results and action items, record current information and plan weekly activities (D.A.R.: Daily Activity Report).
• Effectively leverage all FLS technical and commercial resources.
• Use and support all of Future Corporate programs in order to maximize on business opportunities.
• Complete Weekly Activity Summary Reports noting new customers/projects added by the Customer during the week, quote log status update, successes, issues, process improvements.
• Actively participate in all FLS and lighting-focused supplier trainings (meetings, web casts, conference calls, online modules, etc.).
• Maintain strong relationships with Local Manufacturer Representatives.
• Handle all local cost elevations.
• Continuously update knowledge of new products, part applications, associative sells and the importance of registration programs.
• Participate in the processing and management of all strategic quotes.
• Action Accounts Receivable issues as required by Corporate Credit.
• Establish Quarterly Business Reviews with Customer
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelors Degree
• Industry and/or LED Lighting Sales experience
