Visa cancellation problem

Hi all,
I give resign to my company one month ago after completing my notice period my sponcer give me all my settlement but they are not cancel my my visa i ask him many time but they refused can anyone tell me how can i cancel my visa?

The main office of NHRC is located in the Musherab area. It is a tall building just behind what once used to be the Doha Petrol pump. I guess you will need to go to the 7th floor. File a petition there and I believe they will help you out by calling your employer. They may even advise you to lodge a complaint with the Labour Office.

It is good to know that your sponsor gave you all your dues. Many companies use the loopholes in the system to snatch away the ESB of their employees. However, it sounds strange that while your company has paid your dues in full, it is refusing to give you to cancel your visa. I would suggest you try to handle the matter in a diplomatic way with your HR people. If that doesn't work, go over to the National Human Rights Committee and lodge a petition. They will handle the matter and help you out.
