Holiday Inn's Business Park offers up an affordable Iftar that over delivers on flavour.
The Holiday Inn Business Park located on Airport Road makes for the unexpectedly perfect stop for an intimate Iftar dining occasion.
Set up in the Al Masa Tent ball room, with a seating capacity of 600 people, Holiday Inn’s Ramadan offering features an international array of flavours and features tasters from some of the hotel’s most popular restaurants, including Rodizios and Stock Burger.
However if you like your cuisines a little more tailor made, then you have the choice of several international stations including, Thai, Indian, Western and of course, Arabic. Each station is personalized in its decoration which adds to the uniqueness in each dish. If you’re a seafood lover, this is where we recommend you start! There’s a great offering from their weekly seafood night’s menu.
Alternatively, you can pick up something from the pasta or shawarma stations if you’re not a very adventurous eater. Either way, your taste buds will be the winner.
Perhaps most impressive is the desserts selection, and if you’re looking to indulge in something sweet, or just enjoy a cheat day, there’s plenty on offer. From an Ice Cream booth to a pancakes and waffle station, you cane easily mix and match. We highly recommend trying the pastries on offer, as well as an Um Ali that will have you coming back for seconds (we were told the secret was that they use croissants, and not bread in their recipe, but shhh, don’t tell anyone we told you).
The evening’s dining will cost you fairly priced QAR195 per person, and runs from Iftar 18:00 – 20:30.
