For bachelors , they send to workers health centre mesaimeer.

You can try your luck at nearest health centre.

To apply for a health card you will need to provide copy of the following documents :

Residency permit (RP)/ Qatar ID

Copy of applicant's passport

Two photographs (4x3 cm, better blue background)

QR100 fee via bank card

Copy of water and electricity bill to confirm your address.
