When First arrive to Doha

Hey. My wife she will start teaching in Qatar school (August2019) . Do we need to wait 6weeks until she receive her Qatar ID. To start : 1open bank account. 2 install fiber internet at the apartement (Oredoo). 3 long term car rental monthly pay. 4 get Shahry phone plans. Or some of this services can be done before receive ur ID. Thank you
First of all a Qatar ID can be had prior to 6 weeks but it is necessary for most of the things you wish to carry out which you have stated in your post. You may be able to get a car on rent on the basis of a passport but most companies will ask for the Qatar ID.
