Job Title Sales Representative Job Type Full Time Reports to Development Manager Responsibilities • Studies and understanding of all aspects of the information products and services offered in the various selling methods and methods adopted by the company. • Identify database leads through all possible avenues available through calls, relationships, promotional events, or other means. • Provide the price offer after viewing the price required for sale and through the direct account of customers in the services of the company either by phone or in person, in an attempt to ensure the sale. • Compiling, inventorying and following up clients from the potential audience to serve them and trying to understand the greatest of the service required. • Negotiate price details with customers to try their bidding. • Record notes for each client call or meeting within and outside the company. • Track every purchase made by the media to ensure that it is completed in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintain good treatment with all customers in the portfolio as a good destination for the company. • Ability to visit customers at their locations, attend trade fairs, or participate in events and opening events. • Visit and follow up clients outside regular business hours when necessary. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field. • Fluent in English and Arabic • Good knowledge in advertising • Preferable with Qatar driving license Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Time Management Skills • Knowledge in Microsoft Office • Active Listening Skills • Sociable Desired Skills & Experience by Arabic language • المؤهلات الواجب توافرها : · • دراسات وتفهم جميع جوانب المنتجات والخدمات الإعلامية التي يتم تقديمها في مختلف أساليب البيع والأساليب المعتمدة من قبل الشركة · • تحديد قاعده بينات العملاء المحتملين من خلال جميع السبل المتاحهعن طريق المكالمات ، أو العلاقات ، أو الأحداث الترويجية ، أو وسائل أخرى. · • تقديم عرض الاسعار بعد الاطلاع على السعر اللازم للبيع وطريقه الحساب المباشر للعملاء في خدمات الشركه إما عن طريق الهاتف أو شخصيًا ، في محاولة لضمان البيع · • تجميع وحصر ومتابعه العملاء من الجمهور المحتمل تلبيه الخدمه لهم ومحاوله تفهم اكبرقدر من الخدمه المطلوبه جيدا. · • التفاوض في تفاصيل الأسعار مع العملاء لمحاوله ارضائهم. · تدوين الملاحظات السجلات لكل مكالمة عميل أو اجتماع داخل وخارج الشركه. · • تتبع كل عملية شراء تم إجراؤها من قبل وسائل الإعلام لضمان اكتمالها بدقة وفي الوقت المناسب · • المحافظه على حسن المعامله مع جميع العملاء في محفظة كوجهه جيده للشركه • القدره على زياره العملاء في مواقعهم ، وحضور المعارض التجارية ، أو المشاركة في أحداث المناسبات والماكن الافتتاحيه. • زياره ومتابعه العملاء خارج ساعات العمل العادية عند الضرورة • يجب أن تكون تتحدث بطلاقة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية. • يجب أن يكون لديك معرفة جيدة في مجال الدعايا الإعلان. • يفضل الحاصليين على رخصة قيادة
