Check ads appearing at Qatar Living on a daily basis. Try to avoid buying a car from car showrooms as they simply buy from a person and after adding a markup, sell it out. Try buying from a genuine seller such as someone who is leaving Qatar. Always negotiate a price keeping in mind that you may need to add a couple of thousand to the car you are buying as most second-hand cars demand some expenses initially. Try taking a mechanic or some friend who knows, if you are not familiar with the working of car engines. Lastly, look for brands that have a resale value such has Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia etc.
