CANCELLING CONTRACT
Hello Guys,
So ive been in my company for 3 1/2 years. Now i resigned from my company, But the problem is they said they will not cancel my contract and they will not give me N.O.C, but they will cancel my RP. I have found a new employer. My questions is, what if my previous company will not cancel my contract? what is the possible outcome? can i do something about this?

Molten Metal is a person who has been posting at QL for about seven years now. Her posts has some "special" qualities: They are mostly lies; are misguides; false promises that give people who do not know her a sense of hope. Many times her comments are downright stupid. Some years back, she was having fights at QL with many other QLers most of whom do not post at QL anymore. I am currently the only person who takes a stand against her comment when I realize it to be a lie, or a misguide or a promise which is absolutely false and makes someone live in some hope. In retaliation, she writes much against me, but I don't care.
Just scroll down the QL page over the past three days and see for yourself what I am saying. Some of her comments because of their stupidity become very hilarious. I enjoy those ones! .

I just have this thought in my mind because of my ex colleague who is working in the same company that he is stack on sri lanka because of his contract is not cancelled by my employer. Anyways i take this on my mind and have positive outcome and i'm pretty sure they will cancel my RP.
Note: who is this molten metal? Is he a hoax? LOL : )

You can approach the Human Rights Committee or even the Labour Court. They will help you out.
But from my understanding, it should make no difference if your contract is not cancelled. If your RP gets cancelled, that is important. But wait for comments from other QLers with more knowledge on this matter. However, If you get to see a comment from one "philosopher" Molten Metal, just ignore it.
