change of employer/sponsorship transfer - no. of days

Hello everyone,

Can someone please guide me as to how many days it may take to change the employer or sponsorship transfer, once all the documents have been submitted to immigration.

I have received many mixed views. Would like to know from someone, who has experienced the change.
