Looking for bilingual PRO (English & Arabic) with minimum 5 Year experience as Public Relation Officer DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare all government services documents, letters and other correspondence as and when required in the appropriate language Arabic or English to support the business interests and activities of the company.
- Collect visa processing documents from all current and new joiners for submission of employment visa
- Stay up to date on government authorities rules, procedures and process to keep the Human Resources Department abreast
- Arrange medical tests and residence visas
- Represent the organization at official and government departments such as the Police Station, Ministries, Municipalities, Civil Defense and Department of Economic Development
- Renew, update and maintain all employee residence visas, labor cards and labor contracts in a timely manner
- Provide service, support and assistance to new and existing employees with requirements such as driving license, car registration, accommodation and legal requirements
- Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of company’s legal entities in Qatar
- Renew and maintain all company’s leases in the Qatar in a timely manner and future projects
- Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewal
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all times
