How can i get NOC

Hi good day? I am a filipina working @ qatari family for 7 years and 3 months as household service worker. I would like to ask how can i get NOC or release paper and what if they dont give me what do i need to do. I find a new job already and i am waiting for my employer approval. Hoping u will get back to me as soon as u can. Thanks

Since you are working as a "housemaid", I guess the rule of NOC does not apply in your case. Request your sponsor to help transfer you to the new employer. I believe this can be done if they are willing to do so. Alternatively, you will need to go back and return on a new visa.
