Hi dear. Challenges are part of our lives. We encounter them every day but what differs is our response to them. When they come at a time when we are weak, when we don't have enough resources and when we have no one else, it hits hard and it feels like all hope is lost. I feel you because I have been through the same thing. But life is beautiful so find it within yourself to get up and face life. Surround yourself with positive things, with positive people and with things that make you smile. Find a new hobby. Pamper yourself by getting a massage, getting a haircut, go shopping and eat freely (even chocolates, lots of 'em!) And most of all, pray and believe that you can do it. All the best!
There is no magic treatment to combat depression. However, you may try out the following:
1. Eat healthy
2. Make sure you sleep well and get enough sleep
3. Challenge negative thoughts as depression makes one leap to worst possible actions
4. Keep yourself busy and take on responsibilities
5. Have fun and try doing something new
6. Pray
7. Try exercising even if you take a walk on a regular basis
