A new private Qatari shareholding company has said they will provide skilled temporary domestic workers to Qatari families and families of residents according to their needs and demands.

The Qatari company for labour recruitment (WIZA), is represented by the state ministries of justice, labour, interior, trade, industry and finance.

The institution said it would provide people with trained temporary domestic workers at fixed, appropriate and legal charges, according to Gulf Times.

WIZA CEO Hussein Ali Al Hababi said the company would train and qualify domestic workers through various programmes.

Workers will be given training in the fields of basic technical skills, occupational safety and awareness of privacy of the community for them to be able to meet the beneficiaries’ needs, reported The Peninsula.

WIZA is expected to provide services using modern technology to facilitate the request process, and a qualified group of Qataris will oversee the company’s operations.

Earlier, Minister of Commerce and Industry HE Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari had formally issued a decree establishing WIZA, with a capital of QR58m, according to Qatar Tribune.

The company aims to bring in workers from abroad and provide them employment in helping Qatari nationals and residents.
