Converting Business Visa into Work Visa in 2019

Hi Guys,

I would like to know if its possible to apply work visa for a person who is already under in business visa in Qatar ? (By the way am Sri Lankan Lady)

Cause im already in Qatar under Business Visa with NOC. They said its transferable when i was pirchasing. Now all want to know is is that possible yet? Can i transfer to work visa without exit the country ? Or do i have to go Oman or then come back after few hours.

Really in a critical situation and really appriciate if you could tell me accurate details as you all aware.
