Job Description

Responsibilities:
· Maintaining HR and admin sheets and keeping them up to date
· Maintaining personnel files
· Preparing immigration and MoL paperwork for the PRO
· Contacting office/medical suppliers, gathering quotations and processing purchase orders.
· Updating medical staff schedule periodically on the online booking system
· Processing leave requests
