HR and Admin Assistant
This exciting job opportunityfor a Filipino Female to join a leading group of medical centres in Doha. The company delivers the highest quality care to those suffering all types of physical issues from three Doha locations. It is run by a British expat. Candidate must to have a valid RP under FAMILY SPONSORSHIP.
Job Description
· Opportunity to join a growing healthcare group as a receptionist.
· The role requires a broad range of skills, including HR and administration skills

Responsibilities:
· Maintaining HR and admin sheets and keeping them up to date
· Maintaining personnel files
· Preparing immigration and MoL paperwork for the PRO
· Contacting office/medical suppliers, gathering quotations and processing purchase orders.
· Updating medical staff schedule periodically on the online booking system
· Processing leave requests

Desired Skills & Experience
Required Skills • BSc in a business/HR related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR and Admin • Fluency in English. Arabic is an advantage but not necessary • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks • Knowledge of Qatari labour law, and immigration/RP requirements. • Knowledge of QCHP licensing is an advantage • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information • Strong organizational skills, multitasking and attention to details • Strong computer skills, mainly MS Excel Please send your CV to [email protected] to apply.Location
