Description

·         Perform operational duties in ordering, receiving, packing/labelling, storing, inventory, accounting and distributing the electrical supplies as required.

·         Responsible for the visual/physical inspection of all INCOMING and OUTGOING items against the relevant documents and report any discrepancies and/or damages.

·         To coordinate with the drivers and to arrange customer deliveries ON-TIME.

·         To coordinate with the customers on material returns and damage/warranty claims supported with relevant/appropriate documents.

·         Ensure proper record keeping and documentation to confirm the stock/inventory levels.

·         Responsible for house-keeping and to implement the HSE regulations.

Information

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor degree in Commerce/Science/Business Administration. At least 3 years of warehouse operations experience, ideally with an electrical supplies/FMCG distributor/trader within Qatar/GCC. Qatar/GCC driving license. Computer literate with the ERP, MS Office and other business application software preferred. Mandatory language skills – English & Hindi. Transferable visa (with NOC) preferable. Limited visa available for deserving candidates.
