In case of violation to this, to be fined 10 riyals per day and with the maximum limit of 6000 riyals. Suggest, you talk to your HR people and the PRO of your company and they should guide you best. I believe there is a penalty on overstay.
No you don't. But you can't stay there too long. For me I could stay 1 month as per rules between my country and Qatar
