Is there any restrictions for Visa on arrival

Hello all,

I need a clarification regarding the on arrival visa processes, Currently my My brother is n six month visit visa(under the sponsorship of me) which is going to expire on 20th this month, he is planning to come back in Qatar after a week on visa on arrival.

Is it possible to come back, or is there any restrictions like he can enter Qatar only after a month or six months somthing like that ????

And what is the requirements for indians to get on arrival visa ...

He can come back on the very next day or the same day he EXIT Qatar on ON ARRIVAL VISA.

Now Indian Emigration only allows to travel those who have ECNR Passport, that's all.
