- Manage and maintain real-estate properties of high value and importance.
- Supervise a maintenance team in charge of the buildings under one's responsibility.
- Coordinate with contractors and represent the organization.

Job Requirements:
- University degree in engineering specialized in (civil - electricity – electro mechanic engineering).
- No less than three years of experience in the same field.
- Mastering AutoCAD and maintenance programs.
- Holds a Qatari driving license.

- Good knowledge of Building Electromechanical services such as HVAC, BMS, Fire alarm and Firefighting

Desired Skills & Experience

 Maintaining Residential, Commercial Building with high end Pre & Post Plannings.  Site Maintenance by day by day activities with technicians team.  Providing support to all Soft & Hard services involved in Education City to maintain the high level standards.  Planning and effective preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to increase machine up time / equipment reliability  Providing regular feedback to Manager, generate required reports and paper work such as time sheet, material cost, repair report, daily & monthly activity reports, incident accident reports & staff/contractor appraisal reports.  Performing failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so as to reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability  Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools  Responsible for inspection and takeover of new facilities and its handling.  Planning & executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget  Performing various tests & inspection to ensure that products developed are in compliance with pre-set technical specifications; detecting defects / faults and taking corrective actions  Undertaking root cause analysis of problems and developing effective counter measures initiating improvement ideas generation & implementation.
