Vonage Phone Service Not Working
All,
Just wanted to know if there were any other QLV users that have been using the "Vonage" box for keeping touch with their family and loved ones back in the USA.
I had been using it over the past few years without issues and suddenly about 2/3 weeks ago the Vonage box stopped connecting with the Vonage Service. It connect to the Internet (ans shows the globe icon) but keeps giving a message that Line1 (the phone line) is unavailable and keeps rebooting again and again.
If anyone has any info on this or has experienced the same behavior it would be great to share ideas on how to fix or troubleshoot the problem.

Till date it is not working for me. It connects to Internet but gives error registering with service provider.
Anyone having the same? Any solution or explanation?
Same here with my UK vonage box since Eid. I changed my vonage box thinking it had outlived it’s designed life but status quo with the new one. Any remedies suggested??
yup. same just happened to me. Was working during Ramadan, went home for Eid one month. Came back, Vonage no longer working. Same error msg as yours
