familly visa without degree

I need help with some informations . I am from Bosnia and I stay here in qatar for 3 years working as a supervisor and now I succeed to get a tourist visit visa for my wife but when she come I want to try to change her visa to the familly visa but got rejected cuz no have a degree for the exact profession so my question is lile is there any way to bypass that degree thing and get a familly visa for my wife to stay here ? thanks for any useful advice
