Terminated with Bank Loan
Hi Good day QL members
I just want to seek some advice if ur paying monthly premium insurance to ur personal loan that means it's secured? Because currently my husband got teminated by his company w/o giving NOC and he had loan in bank! He already submit termination letter to the bank and bank signed his clearance include his remaining loan balance! what should he do? Is the insurance covered his remaining balance because he pay monthly premium. thanks in advance
Hi everyone! Why is it they already issued a travel ban order to my husband, the bank should have court order first b4 issuing travel ban right? why the issued it right away! please need advice...

I would say he is luck. As suggested by Accha, check with the bank. But logic tells me that since the bank has given him clearance, he is ok.
Which bank is this, as I have had a different experience.
Suggest you check with the bank first since they have issued the clearance letter. Talk to the bank's customer service people. who should be able to guide you best.
