Regarding Gratuity

Hi Everyone,

I just Want Ask About Gratuitiy, I Am working In company Before I Have Business Visa.After Thay Send Me My Country And after Four Months I Come Back Same Company With Working Visa. I Want To Know If I Will Give Resighn Now I Can Get Gratuity Or NOt. Two Years I worked oN Business Visa After I went My country I Come Back As A Working Visa. Need Your Advise.

There is no gratuity on business visa. You can claim gratuity only on work visa after completion of minimum one year's service.
