Cost of Premium petrol remain same; Super petrol, diesel to cost more in March

After going up for five months in a row, the cost of premium petrol in the country will remain the same at QR1.85 per litre.

However, fuel prices will go up by 5 dirhams a litre for Super petrol and diesel in Qatar in March, according to information released by Qatar Petroleum.

The price of 95-octane super petrol will be QR1.95 a litre, compared to QR1.90 in February.

Price of diesel will increase by five dirhams in February. It will be QR1.90 a litre as against QR1.85 in February.

This is the highest-ever price for Super petrol after the Ministry started pegging the fuel prices to the international market.

Its very expensive now, very hard for some of us...I stopped stepping outside my house for unnecessary travels, and family gatherings, except for work and basic shopping...

wonder when it would reduce... :(
