travelling outside qatar with name changed on here new passport but not on here RP visa.

Hello Guys n Gals! i would like to ask if my wife can travel outside Qatar even if her RP visa is still stating her maiden name w/ old passport and have her new passport with Married Name but change name still wasnt applied for her RP. will she be allowed to pass the immigration? we're planning to go on vacation next month but i readhere and somewhere that the process of RP visa change name will take minimum of 1 and a Half month. did someone/some families experienced it aswell? many thanks in advance for u're answers.

no problem if name on passport and name on visa is same ,or matching , in my case they put my wife's changed name with old name on RP visa, so does not face problem
