Please Help me Friends....

I’m saifuddeen from INDIA, I’m working in one of the trading company in qatar, since 19th April 2013 to till date. I went to my first vacation on 20th August 2015 (after 2 years) and I returned on 30th November 2015. That time I did not get any leave payment from my company side. Now my company told to me we will canceled your visa and you must go to ur home.
I need one help my friends, I don’t know regarding the leave salary procedures, so please tell me what is the leave salary I will get since 19 apr 2013 to 15 dec 2017.
Pls help me friends.....
Molten: Get back to school and learn to do calculations once again. Learn this time under a good, professional teacher who could spank you well whenever you make a mistake in your calculations. While at school, it would do you good to learn some English also as you can then misguide people in a better way.
Since none of the QLers have commented so far, let me advise you to the best of my knowledge. You should be entitled to 21 days paid leave for every year of service.This should be stated in your contract. Since you have not been paid for your leave, you can claim it from them. You can get further guidance from National Human Rights Committee but don't lodge a complaint with them unless your company does not pay you. The Human Rights Committee has small booklets available free of cost at their office which explains the right of workers. The booklets are available in several languages such as English, Hindi, Urdu. etc. You can get hold of one for better understanding.
