How to proceed against Salary pending

hi guys,

i got a new job, so I wanna join within short period. My present company doesn’t give me NOC, but still two months salary pending. So can I go to Court to get ma NOC..? Is it possible...? How long it will take..? Anybody kindly share your knowledge ...

I don't think the court will assist you in getting NOC from your employer but yes it will help you get your pending salaries should you approach it.
