Help me to make me Understand .

Hello Friends ,

I am working in qatar . I have valid qatari lisence and I want sale vegetable for worker of other accomodation by purchasing from wholesale market for my pocket money .But I don't know it is legal or illegal may I sale or not please make me understand .

This is illegal & baladiya make fine .but here some officers Merciful two or three time they will excuse .but care fully ....
