1) Hi, I m leaving Qatar and my RP is going to cancel. But my wife is in Visit visa with my sponsorship. We need to go together. My HR says without cancelling my Wife visa, i cannot cancel my RP. If i cancel my Wife visa how long she can stay with that cancellation. If my RP is cancelled i can stay upto 1 month. Same way if Family Visit visa is cancelled, how long the person can stay.

2) Family visit visa expiry date is November 9, What if they travel on 10th November. Is there any fine in airport.

Please advise. Its urgent....

Please advise the below ..i had a working visa at qatar and it was an unlimited contract.

i left from the qatar on October 2016 and didn't back to qatar.

When i check my passport on the official documents of MOI (Metrash) it stated like this: Not Allowed to enter the State Of Qatar with this RP. But the RP got expired

If i find a new employer and they are trying to apply for new working visa. Is there any problem in getting a new working visa?

Please advise

Your wife has to go before you, Because as per the laws, you cannot cancel your RP before your dependants cancels his/her vis or exits the country.

Since your wife's visa is about to expire, suggest you send her back before it expires. If she continues to stay after the expiry of the visa, a penalty of QR 200 per day will be charged for each extra day of overstay. Her exit from Qatar will solve the requirements of your HR department also.
