Terminate by employer

My employer terminated me after my probitionary period. We have an internal contract stating that all the immigration amd visa process will be deducted to our salary payable in 1 year and will refund get it after we finished our contract. Now that they terminate me, do i need to pay for the remaining balance and can i get my last salary? Please help me i dont know the rules here im new here in qatar. My contract is 4 years.
Hi sorry to disrupted I just have a question regarding the termination, Being terminated is that mean ban also here in Qatar for 4 years and cannot comeback?
Go to National Human Rights Committee and see their guidance. They will advise you best. They may even call your employer should they think the action by your employer is not correct.
It is up to the employer whether to deduct immigration and visa charges or not. Usually no company deduct such charges upon completion of probation period. You are entitled to receive your last salary.
