How many days to be waited to get the status of the Permanent visa of my wife in Metrash?

Hi,

I need your help. I had applied the permanent visa for my wife and accepted all the documents on the same day as well. After 2 days, the Metrash showed the status 'Deferred'. Then I had submitted the NOC and Educational qualifications certificates again as per the request. Now 3 days over and still showing the status 'Deferred'. How many days need to be approved or change the status normally? How many days should I wait to get a further status?
