Employer Change But not getting final settlement from Previous Employer

Dear Experts.

I am an employee in one of the company upto 14.10.2015 to 22.07.2017. I am getting NOC letter and currently working to another sponsor and my Id already transfered. but my previous company hold my 3.5 month salary. that time they told me when your employer transfer will completed then we will provied you 3.5 months salary and other graduitity.

But now my ID transfer is completed to new employer and I ask my previous employer to clear my settlement but they are not given my settlement.

I this case, If employeer is not providing my settlement what steps i have to follow to get my settement.

Kindly help me.

First, report the matter to Human Rights Committee. They will assist you. If the employer still does not pay, file a case against him at the Labourt Court. They will get them to pay your End of Service benefits.
