Transfer of Sponsor if Less than 1 year in the Company
Hello Qatar Liver's !!
I would like to asks as I received an offer from other company. I'm less than 1 year(6 Months) in my current company, is it possible to transfer the sponsor? (option 1)
if not, the other option is to apply new visa and cancel my current residence working permit then exit. (option 2)
in the option 2 if possible, as I'm the sponsor of my wife visa, her visa will be cancel also? and I will apply new visa again?
please guide me guys......your help is much appreciated.

Terminating the contract during the probation period does not guarantee an NOC by law.

But in my opinion it will be possible as I'm still in probation period for six months (from May 2) that both the employee or employer can terminate the contract..... and the reason also as I heard from the new law that if the company couldn't give the salary within 7 days, ...the employee have the rights to transfer to other company.....is it right?
its not possible to change your current visa before 1 year even ur compnay is ready to give you noc..if compnay is not giving noc then u have to check your work contract duration if u cancel and exit the country u cant come back until your work contract period is over and yes your wife visa will be auto cancel when u cancel urs and u have to apply for new one..
