Allied Pickfords Qatar

Is any one else having problems with Allied Pickford. They packed up my household good June 10th, have not informed me about my shipment being delayed. Each time I email they say they are sorry and they will now be responsive but fail to do so. I have written the manager and he ignores my emails. Any suggestions. Frustrated
