I have 5 years of experience here in Qatar and in my last role as IT Assets Officer I gained experience in IT Technical Support, Procurement, IMS & QMS procedures, Document Controlling, Fixed Assets Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Storekeeping, Administration and project coordination as well.

As an achievement, I Implemented IMS procedures to control IT Assets cycles. Adopt ITIL process to deliver best value to the organization. Got the organization certified by ISO. Created IT Warehouse to keep all IT Assets stored to reuse and thorough this achieved best return of investment (BOI).

Also, I have sound knowledge in Web Development, Java Programming, technology replacement projects and IT process improvement. Vast knowledge in any kind of ERP systems like Oracle EBS, Fusion, and Microsoft Dynamics as well. Moreover, I am trained to apply ITIL standards in all IT activities to deliver best value to the business and best practice.
